All specific services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and data handling obligations are defined in individual engagement agreements, statements of work (SOWs), or master service agreements (MSAs) executed between Arclium LLC and each client.

Client Deliverables
Intellectual property rights for deliverables produced under consulting engagements are governed by the applicable client agreement. Generally:
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables specified in their agreement
- Arclium LLC retains all rights to its proprietary tools, platforms, methodologies, and know-how, including ClinDRA™ and ClinDOC™
- Third-party software, libraries, or open-source components included in deliverables remain subject to their respective licenses
Inquiries and No Commitment
When you submit an inquiry through our website:
- You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete
- Submission of an inquiry does not create a binding agreement or any obligation by either party

Confidentiality
Any confidential information exchanged in connection with an engagement inquiry or active project is subject to the confidentiality provisions of the applicable agreement. In the absence of a formal agreement, you agree not to share any non-public information provided by Arclium LLC with third parties, and Arclium LLC agrees to treat inquiry information with professional discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
